Jump off method
In the game, let Lara stand still, take a small step forward (Shift+↑), then take a small step backward (Shift+↓), and then slowly go around three times from left to right (Shift+←, or directly turn 3 Circle), and then jump forward (Alt+↑) to jump off.

These two secret skills cannot hit walls or other things when jumping, so they should be performed in a relatively open place. The timing of the button is not very easy to grasp, and you may have to try several times.
