Find the Main.ini file in the game directory, open it with Notepad, and find:
DEBUGMODE = 0
To
DEBUGMODE = 1
Save and re-enter the game.

In the game, press [Shift] + ~ to open the console, enter g_cheats 1 to open the cheats mode. Then press the following keys to get the corresponding effect:
