Start cheats mode
There is a data folder in the game directory, open it, find config.txt and put
Change the Debug value from 0 to 1.
Re-enter the game and start the Debug mode!

Press ~ in the game to open the console and enter the following cheats:

hostile <0 or 1>⇒Hostile switch
Noclothes⇒ streaking
quit⇒Quit the game
