Find the hitmancontracts.ini file in the game directory, open it with a tool such as Notepad, and add at the end:

Save and re-enter the game

Find the hitmancontracts.ini file in the game directory and edit:
turn up
DefaultScene=AllLevelsLogos.gms
Change to
DefaultScene=AllLevelsLevelMenu.gms
Save and re-enter the game.
