Descent Freespace Silent Threat cheats
It is possible to destroy the Lucifer during the mission in which the Galatea encounters the it. Follow these steps.
1. Enable the cheat codes by typing “www.volition-inc.com”
2. Target the Lucifer using the “H” key.
3. Hold the key to the left of the “1” key AKA “`” DO NOT PRESS SHIFT WHILE DOING THIS!
4. While holding the key described above, press “Shift+I” with the Lucifer targeted. You should see a notice at the top of the screen stating that “Player’s target is no longer Invulnerable…” if this is displayed, proceed to the next step. If you don’t see this, try it again.
5. Once again, while holding the key described in step 3, press the “k” key. This automatically destroys the selected target, and if you still have the Lucifer targeted, it should have been destroyed.
6. You hav successfully dispatched the Lucifer!
NOTE…THIS IS IMPORTANT!!!!!!!:You must execute all of these steps quickly, or your capital ship, the Galatea, will be destroyed. IF YOU DISPATCH THE LUCIFER, THERE IS NO SECOND ENDING. THE MISSION STILL IS ACCEPTED AS A FAILURE, EVEN IF YOU DO DESTROY THE LUCIFER. YOU WILL PROGRESS JUST AS YOU WOULD IF THE GALATEA WERE DESTROYED!

in the Tech Room.
Cheat Codes
While playing a game, type “www.volition-inc.com” to enable cheat mode. Then,
hold ~ and type one of the following codes to activate the corresponding cheat
function. Note: Enabling cheat codes will prevent mission advancement. The
infinite weapons code however can be used without penalty in campaign mode.
Simply enable the code in single mission mode. Quit the single mission and
resume a campaign mode game.
