Hard Suspension
Type in “duffride” while playing a game.
Flight Mode Controls
While playing a game, type “iwishicouldflyrightuptothesky” to enable flight mode.
Then, enter one of the following codes to activate the corresponding cheat
function:

Toggle flight mode [Ctrl] + [Keypad 1]
Rotate car sideways [Shift] + [Keypad 4] or [Keypad 6]

More Pedestrian Time
Note: This procedure involves editing a game file; create a backup copy of the file before proceeding. Using a text editor, edit the “settings.txt” file located in the “datapeds” directory. Change the three number before the “// Time score per ped (each level)” entry to three larger numbers. This will change the time per pedestrian killed.
More Pedestrian Credits

Change the three number before the “// Points score per ped (each level)” entry to three larger numbers. This will change the number of credits you receive for each killed pedestrian.
Push Off Cars Or Peds
Get some much needed advantage with the Springs, it is possible to spring more then one opponent and peds. Save one or two of the springs, and go to an enclosed area that other cars frequent and wait, if your lucky enough to have one or more in the area smash them into the walls or a corner…KaBOOM. Also look to throw them into explosives with the spring. I was lucky enough to have Vlad hit every explosive in the Beaver City park next to the bridge, easy win with most opponents
